A happy Dog!

So, I have to blog about this great treat for your dog. If you have one and it's "crazy" like mine, this treat can guarantee you anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours of "quiet" time. Prior to me giving this treat called "the Flossie", I had just come home from work (with nothing too dramatic), and he was doing marathon sprints around our home, up and down the hallway, around the couch several times, and for fun he thought why not jump in and out of the bathtub a zillion times. (That won't wake the neighbors downstairs!).

Coming home from work is supposed to be winding down time, and with a dog that's so excited to see you and needs to show you how much of a tough dog he is, it can be unpleasant sometimes. I give him one of these things (not all the time, cause I don't always have them), and he goes off to wherever he wants to have no one disturb him. Matt and I joke he becomes like Gollum from Lord of the Rings. The flossie is like Gollums obsession for the ring. Sometimes, when he's really into it, he is on his back and the flossie is between his paws and he's gnawing on it that way! (dogs, so funny)

Well, I'm sure some of you don't want to read about a dog all night, so I'll end this here. Mookie parked himself outside on the lanai in the dark. I can hear him chewing.

Peace and Quiet,

RAmbler

P.S. Maid of Honor talked me down from eating a Milky Way bar today. She told me I could eat a little of it, but after talking I felt better and put the candy bar down and walked away....THANK YOU ANA!
