It takes time... I think it took me three or four days to work through the ummm Excel spreadsheet I created of all the people who visited :) Good luck!
And I'll second the thank you for actually reciprocating in some way. I'm fairly disappointed by the people who haven't bothered to even acknowledge those who visited them -- and that's more the norm than not these days (done venting, I promise!)
