It's been kind of a hard week. For me and others that I have been reading.
I wanted to say that two mothers that I have found via Bloggyland have lost their children this past week and my heart goes out to them. (Tuesday & Aiden-bug). I'm so sorry for the lack of linky love but I know most have already gone to offer their condolences and I'm kind of the late shower up.
I've been thinking a lot since reading about Tuesday's passing that I need to look harder at my daughter, to hold her hand a little longer, to kiss her one more annoying time (not for me, but her apparently, but I know secretly she adores it), and to really enjoy this time I have with her.
Because we don't really know how much time we have.
With others.
And we need to remember to make the most of that time.
With no regrets.

I've worked a lot this week, and have faced some things at work that requires a lot of my attention.
Things that have really occupied my time and mind and it's exhausting. Not whining but explaining my absence in our fabulous bloggyland.
Until the next post....Muah! (Hug, Hug & Kiss, Kiss)

hope you kick your funk soon!
Sad times around here. My heart just aches.
Hugs and Mocha,

I too have been following the stories of Tuesday and Aiden. What a tragic reminder that life is fragile!
How horrible to lose someone in your family, especially a child. I can't even begin to imagine the heart wrenching pain. We definitely need to hug our little ones a bit tighter and longer!
All my best to you as you recuperate from your heavy workload! I hope you find some peace & quiet, my friend!
Oh no, girlfriend, please cheer up.
We all weep for Tuesday and her family and it's heartbreaking to realize how tragic and fragile our lives can be sometimes...
I've been thinking a lot about what is life (as you may know) and the meaning of it all...
There were times I chose to be with the computer, not my two daughters. When they wanted my attention, there were times I had told them, "give me a minute please."
But there is none of that anymore. If I miss a post or two for the week, I am okay with it (I used to freak out) - children come first and I intent to give all of my time and heart 120% to my girls. I learned that from other people who are not afraid to say, "Okay, I need a little break from blogging. It's time for me to prioritize things.."
Don't worry, we are not going anywhere just because you're missing in the action for few days. I hope things get settled down at work!
Luv ya!
Oh no, girlfriend, please cheer up!
We all weep for Tuesday and her family. It's so sad and heartbreaking to realize our lives can be so cruel and fragile sometimes...
I know there were times my computer came before my daughters. When my girls wanted my full attnetion, I occasionally told them, "Can you please wait a minute?" - there is none of that anymore.
If I have to miss a post or two, I'm okay with it (I used to freak out) - I am giving my girls all I have and hearts 120%. They only keep growing and I don't want to miss a thing. I've learned that from all my bloggy friends who were not afraid to say, "Okay it's time for me to refocus and prioritize my energy," and take a brief break.
Don't worry, we won't go anywhere - I hope you get to sort out situations at work soon!
Love ya~!
xoxo
p.s. I tried to leave a comment, but I wasn't sure it went through, so I'm writing this again:) If 1st got through, don't post this one, ok? lol
Yeah, Tuesday's death was a hard one to swallow. Made me have a little more patience with my lil people.
Children are so precious.
Such sad news.
Ever since the day I thought we would lose Abigail soon after her birth, I value every second I have with her. Every giggle, every nose-wrinkling session she delivers, every smell, every meal ... every moment is precious and unique.
Loss of young life is a tragedy. I wish I could help the parents face the pending moments of difficulty and such sorrow.

ps: thank you for the lovely piccie of your little princess! What a winner smile!!!
((Hugs)) Thank you for the reminder to always cherish each other.
Reminders are a sad realization, so thank you for passing it along to us as well. I hope you are enjoying your extra time away from blogland - sometimes, we just need to do what we need to do. Take care!
My heart just breaks for these families. Life is so unfair at times.
Gosh, I know what you mean and how you feel. It has been awful and what an awful feeling to have. Poor families.
I don't mean to disregard what you wrote, but in the midst of me being sad for different reason and children passing away, I decided to do something fun. Come see my post and I know that I've felt the same way as well.
I hope you feel better. It's amazing how much we take forgranted, isn't it?
Our prayers go out to everyone who has been touched by these tragedies.
I hope you feel better soon.
It has been a hard week in blog land.
I just want to give my son extra hugs and kisses.
I'm part of the SITS welcome wagon too - so I just wanted to say HI. It's so much fun to welcome the new woman.
The blogging world has enriched my life in so many ways... It is hard to hear that others are faced with pain...but it is great that we can be there for them.
