35 ramblings of your own:
Stupid money.
I hope it starts hanging around a little longer.
donkey balls!?
I'm thinking good money thoughts for you - I certainly don't want you to sweat donkey balls! Sounds uncomfortable!!
i like to call it monkey balls. :) i know the feeling though. Money doesn't listen however and I have found that it has a mind of its own...dang the responsabilites of adulthood! :) keep truckin though love. :)
Sweating donky balls? Is this a phrase left over from the "what if I had a tail" question? It sounds incredibly uncomfortable.
I hate the disappearing money act too!
It's so true. It comes in and nearly every last dollar is accounted for by the time the deposit clears.
I feel your pain.
I think they call this In & out thing regarding money - "LIFE".
At least no once can call you a "Ho" (short for "Hoarder". Gotcha!
Yes, yes, and yes. I want to go to see my mom this summer, but could nt save up the money and pay daughter's UH tuition at the same time. sigh.
right there with you. Only I'm sweating elephant balls in my current unemployed but kind of part time employed state. Ugh.
I didn't know donkeys had balls.
Feel you....check
no savings.....check

I need to get busy! Think hubby will mind if I divorce him for money, but pay his student loans off with the new money?
Oh, the old money problem. Ugh!!! If you find the magical forest where the money trees grow, will you please let me know?
Yes... money disappears very fast here too. Wish it would stay around longer. Like your post. Thanx for stopping by my blog! :) Have a great day!
You know, No matter how much I made I always made not enough to pay the off my debts. I started listening to that "susie orman" and she had a lot of great tips.
1. Pay down your debts smallest to largest. eventually the small bills go away and your left with only a couple of hands in your pot of gold.
2. Don't buy what you can't afford.
3. Try to pay out all your bills with less than 1 pay check....I didn't think I could, but then I wrote it all down, and found the black whole.....it was me. I spent too much on things that we didn't need or things I didn't really want. You can probably convince the cable company and the cell phone provider as well as your insurance carriers to reduce their overall fees....hey, every couple dollars helps.
4. Be realistic.
5. Work with your partner....
6. Stop buying Starbucks coffee!-buy an espresso machine(from starbucks-less than $300)and make the drink from home....it will save you more than $1000 a year in coffee bills, thats at 300 coffees from starbucks a year at about $5. I know you like that starbucks!! but seriously you can buy all the stuff to make your favorite coffee for less than $50 a month.......
I'm just saying....=)
Oh, and start selling lil Rambler's old stuff on craigs list.
love you.
Oh, and ewwww on the donkey balls.
I hear you.
Stopping by from Welcomistas! :o)
Just got our settlement check from the insurance company from our hurricane damage. I had dreams for the money...yeah, not so much. Reality hit.
We're in a similar boat. We make decent money and get the bills paid. There's just not as much leftover these days. Frustrating!
Oh, I know the feeling. I always say I have enough money to last me the rest of my life...assuming I die by noon on Tuesday.
"Dear Money,
Why? Where do you go so fast? Why can't I save you?"
EYELOVEEET!!
Dear Donkey Balls,
Stop sweating. It stresses me out.
I know, I could use some extra cash. I'd love to go on a shopping spree.
Sounds way too familiar. ugh!
Holy Cow...I was laughing my booty off...Sweaty Donkey Balls...CLASSIC!!!
Right now....I'm right there with you...but we don't get payday for another week....!! Jerky money that I don't have!
I could not agree with this post more!
You know it's a sad day when you use a credit card at the McDonald's drive thru.
I hear ya sister!!!
I think your money took off with my sanity....Oh, and my husband's paycheck is hitching a ride, too.
Oh this cracked me UP! (And not just you... Kristina with a K killed me!)
And I liked everything on Kalei's list *except* for that nasty thing about Starbucks. Doesn't she know I was looking forward to my trip tomorrow morning?!? Argh!
what cracks me up is the fact that before i graduated college, we lived off of what they now take in taxes from my check. i always dreamed of how easy it would be once that bigger paycheck started coming in. but you know what i got in the end? bigger bills. hope your money hears your plea and hangs out a bit more:)
It's Just Not That into You.
I think it's the sweating donkey balls.
Rowing that boat right along with you!
I think are paychecks are out partying together.
Boo. :(
Hilarious, where in the world did you hear donkey balls...
because I love it and I might start using it in regular, everyday conversations :)
I hear ya! More than you know. Why can't it stick around just a little bit longer? What would be the harm in that, huh?
Economy sucks, doesn't it??
